126,000 pilgrims have benefited from a range of healthcare services since the first day of Dhul-Qa'dah

NewsOver 126,000 Hajj pilgrims have reportedly benefited from a range of healthcare treatments from the first day of Dhul-Qa'dah till Eid Al-Adha, according to the Ministry of Health. The pilgrims had access to pharmacies, critical care units, intensive care units, renal dialysis centres, and specialised clinics as well as other medical facilities.
Pilgrims underwent 939 dialysis treatments, 236 cardiac catheterizations, and 21 open heart operations over this time. 3,058 pilgrims were also admitted to hospitals and medical facilities in order to obtain essential medical attention.
