29th of July is allocated as the day for providing people with disabilities discounts and offers in Saudi

The 29th of July has been designated as the day on which discounts and special offers will be given to individuals with disabilities, according to a statement from the Commerce Ministry. According to the Ministry, this will be a yearly feature.

The Ministry's allocation occurred after the Authority of People with Disabilities (APD) had its proposal to set aside July 29 for people with disabilities approved.

The plan, which the Ministry accepted, specified that July 29 of every year be set aside to give sales, discounts, and offers for individuals with disabilities, with no loss to the retailer of the remaining yearly discounts.

The Ministry informed the Federation of Saudi Chambers (FSC) in a letter that the decision intends to improve the quantity and calibre of services offered to people with disabilities.
