During the holy month of Ramadan, the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah welcomed 122,286,712 guests, according to Eng. Ghazi Al-Shahrani, CEO of the General Authority for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque.
Al-Shahrani said that 16,558,241 people performed Umrah, while 92,132,169 people worshipped in the Grand Mosque and 30,154,543 at the Prophet's Mosque.
