NewsSaudi Justice Minister Walid Al Samaani has presented a complete e-platform devoted to this procedure in an effort to modernise estate distribution. The platform, which was unveiled at the Real Estate Future Forum in Riyadh, is intended to streamline and expedite the process from a decedent's death to the ultimate distribution of assets to heirs.
Al Samaani emphasised the platform's dedication to lowering disputes associated with estate division, improving digital efficiency, and streamlining estate distribution. This cutting-edge technology is designed to automate a large portion of the distribution process, simplify the estate classification process, and offer customised solutions for a range of complicated issues.
The determination and notarization pathway, the friendly distribution pathway, and the enforced distribution pathway are the three main parts of the platform. Every pathway in the estate distribution procedure is made to meet particular demands. The process of decision and notarization is very interesting. Heirs can easily get an estate certificate and a certificate of heirship through this route. In order to provide a seamless and effective procedure, it does this through integrated data exchanges with important institutions, such as the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Central Bank, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
