Arab countries have been asked to nominate students to take part in the Saudi-led “Gifted Arabs” initiative

The "Gifted Arabs" programme, which is being led by Saudi Arabia, has requested student nominations from Arab nations, according to the Saudi Press Agency on Friday.

The request was made during the 13th conference of Arab education ministers, which was recently held in Rabat under the patronage of King Mohammed VI of Morocco.

The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organisation, in partnership with the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity, organised the project.

The National Committee for Education, Science and Culture and ALECSO collaborated with the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports of Morocco to organise the ministers' meeting. It was titled "Future of Education in the Arab World in the Digital Transformation Era."
