Arafat sermon will be translated into 20 languages and will be broadcast through Manarat Al-Haramain platform

The Arafat sermon will be translated into 20 different languages by the Languages and Translation Agency of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Holy Mosque and the Prophet's Holy Mosque in an attempt to continually improve the level of services provided to pilgrims.

One of the most significant projects carried out by the organisation under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Translation Project is the translation of the Arafat speech. This and other initiatives, according to Ahmed Al-Hamidi, the agency's deputy general president for languages and translation, are in line with the agency's 2024 strategic plan.

The sermon will be aired on the Manarat Al-Haramain Digital Platform in addition to being translated into French, English, Persian, Urdu, Hausa, Russian, Turkish, Punjabi, Chinese, Malay, Swahili, Spanish, Portuguese, Amharic, German, Swedish, Italian, Malayalam, Bosnian, and Filipino.
