Eajar platform for rental services in Saudi Arabia that the building owner has to bear the fee for preparing the rental agreement in Saudi Arabia.
The ministry announced this in response to a question whether the building owner or the tenant should pay the rent.
Rental agreements for residential purposes will be charged at 125 riyals per year and for commercial purposes at 400 riyals in the first year. The platform also said that a fee of 400 riyals should be paid each year to renew contracts for commercial purposes.
