City Hub - a new project brings a range of entertainment activities to seven Saudi cities

The chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, Turki Alalshikh, has launched a new project that would provide a variety of entertainment options in seven Saudi cities.

After spending 14 days in each city, the City Hub initiative will start its tour in Jazan on January 23 and make stops in Alkhobar, Buraidah, Hail, Al-Baha, and Taif before terminating in Tabuk in August.

According to promoters, the project only collaborates with Saudi businesses, generating thousands of direct and indirect employment opportunities in the Kingdom's entertainment sector.

City Hub, which would span over 20,000 square meters in each city, will offer a variety of entertainment options, such as video games, circus performances, and a "Horror Zone."

The "Play and Learn Festival," which gives kids a hands-on introduction to a variety of professional domains like innovation, banking, and medical, is one of the primary draws.

According to a statement from the initiative's organizers, it was created to give young visitors the opportunity to investigate potential career options through interactive activities.

Esports competitions featuring games like EAFC24 and TEKKEN 8 will be held in an electronic games area, with prizes awarded to the victors.

The "Horror Zone" promises an immersive experience with realistic difficulties for thrill-seekers.

Meanwhile, a range of entertainment will take place under the circus tent, such as trapeze acts, dancing fountains, and the exhilarating 360-degree motorbike cage show.

Visitors can interact with uncommon birds in a pet bird zone in a natural environment.

A varied marketplace and a well chosen assortment of regional and foreign eateries are also available to visitors, guaranteeing a comprehensive culinary experience.

The 14-day City Hub events in each city will highlight GEA's dedication to supporting regional content.
