Commencement of operational activities for this year's Hajj season was announced by Minister

Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, the Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah, has declared that the current Hajj season, which begins in 1445 AH, will now begin with immediate effect. Al-Rabiah thanked King Salman, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, for his kind sponsorship of the third iteration of the Hajj and Umrah Services Conference and Exhibition. The event ran for four days, ending on Thursday. He also expressed gratitude to all the organisations taking part in the conference and exhibition as well as the ministry's employees for their outstanding work.

The conference's goal was to highlight the special initiatives that Saudi Arabia provides to Allah's guests while highlighting the nation's dedication to raising the standard of Hajj and Umrah services. It also prioritised making it easier for travellers and Umrah performers from all over the world to arrive. In keeping with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, the occasion marked the introduction of a number of new services and technological advancements meant to enhance the experience of Allah's guests. Several agreements pertaining to housing, logistics, healthcare, transportation, catering, technology, artificial intelligence, water and energy solutions, and other topics were also signed at the conference.
