Commencement of the final exams for students in Makkah-based schools has been brought forward by one week

Students in Makkah-based schools will begin their final exams one week earlier than usual. The decision was made on an unusual basis for the current academic year 1444 AH, this year coincides with the Hajj season, according to the Ministry of Education.

In accordance with a decision made by the Ministry, the current academic year at Makkah, Bahra, Al-Jamom, and Al-Kamil schools will officially finish on June 15. In all other areas of the Kingdom, the academic year will finish on June 22.
