The Dakar Rally 2025, the world's largest and longest motorsports competition, began on Friday in Bisha, marking the Kingdom's sixth consecutive year hosting this exhilarating event.
Over 800 people are preparing for the intense competition, which continues until January 17 and is organized by the Saudi Automobile & Motorcycle Federation (SAMF) and overseen by the Ministry of Sport.
Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal, Minister of Sport and President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, stated that hosting the rally for the sixth straight year demonstrates the Kingdom's ability to organize big sporting events.
