Employees in the Saudi private sector have until February 1 to switch careers. The Ministry of Social Development and Human Resources provided this information. Additionally, the ministry issued a warning that a 1,000 riyal service charge will be required after February 1. The idea of switching careers has to do with consistent work arrangements.
Saudi Arabia adopted the Uniform Employment Arrangements Act five years ago. Many professions were consequently abolished. People who were employed in these occupations were also told to switch careers. The last day to do this is February 1. The Khiva platform currently gives the employer the ability to modify the employee's profession.
The service is offered without charge. After February 1st, there will be a 1000 Riyal service charge. Additionally, it was announced that the ministry would stop supporting Maratha institutes and professions within a certain time frame.
