Directives were issued to launch the upgraded version of the Najiz application for smart devices

Dr. Walid Al-Samaani, Minister of Justice, has issued orders to roll out the updated Najiz app for smartphones, which offers 83 judicial services in total. By the fourth quarter of 2024, the revised version that includes all court functions will be operational. The updated version came with a number of updates and enhancements meant to both make the beneficiaries' digital experience easier and raise the calibre of services rendered.

According to the Ministry of Justice, the process of upgrading the application was part of a plan to expand the application services and was built around a number of pillars, the most important of which were assessing the application beneficiaries' prior experiences and then meeting and improving those experiences in line with their needs. Its emphasis is on simplicity and seamless service access. 

The ministry attested to the fact that 83 judicial functions, encompassing documentation, assistance, enforcement, and judiciary, are included in the Najiz application.
