Diriyah Company has announced the launch of Zallal, its premier mixed-use commercial office and retail development slated to open in early 2025

Diriyah Company announced on Monday the opening of Zallal, its premium mixed-use commercial office and retail complex in Riyadh's Bujairi District, which will open in early 2025. The project will have two low-rise office buildings and twelve retail and food and beverage establishments, totaling about 14,000 square meters of leasable space meant to house approximately 500 employees. 

Zallal is conveniently located next to the lively Bujairi Terrace and near sites like Diriyah Art Futures and the new Bab Samhan Hotel. This location is predicted to have a high volume of foot traffic, which will benefit both tenants and tourists. The property is well into the construction phase, and potential tenants have already responded positively. Advanced leasing negotiations are currently underway, indicating a substantial business interest in the project. 

The new development, which incorporates features of traditional Najdi architecture, promises to add to the area's liveliness. It will also have a 1,400-space underground parking lot to ensure tourists and employees' accessibility and comfort.

Diriyah Company wants to place Zallal as a vital actor in Diriyah's continued growth, developing it into a cultural, entertainment, educational, and artistic hub.
