Establishments employing 50 or more workers urged to disclose training-related data

Saudi labor officials have called on companies with 50 or more employees to reveal training-related information in order to improve worker performance and increase production.

According to the Ministry of Human Resources, the choice to post the data on its Qiwa platform also intends to improve transparency, elevate the caliber of private sector training programs, and offer unambiguous indications of training data at the national level.

According to the ruling, companies with 50 or more employees must report training information and activities, such as the quantity of training hours and the number of trainees who have finished training from the worker, student, graduate, and job seeker categories.

These organizations must also reveal their training programs, pertinent reports, and the funds allotted for this purpose.

The ministry pointed out that precise analytical readings of training indices at the labor market are made possible by adherence to training data disclosure regulations.

The ministry issued a warning, stating that establishments who fail to comply will face sanctions.
