Exhibitors from 27 nation participate in the three day trade show - Jeddah International Travel and Tourism Exhibition

News EventThe Jeddah International Travel and Tourism Exhibition started on Sunday and has over 200 exhibitors from 27 nations. Travel agencies, cruise lines, hoteliers, airlines, tour operators, and national and provincial tourism officials come together for the three-day trade expo.
The show "presented a new vision for the tourism sector," according to Maya Halfawi, chairman of the organising committee, and more than 30,000 people are anticipated to attend.
There will be exhibitors from Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Jordan, Turkiye, Malaysia, South Korea, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Chad, Mauritius, Cyprus, Hungary, and Georgia in addition to a plethora of local representatives, including businesses from AlUla.
Saudi Arabia is a major market for Egyptian tourism, according to Ghada Shalaby, vice minister of tourism in Egypt, which hopes to bring in 30 million tourists by 2028.
Aroya Cruises, the first product of Cruise Saudi Co., which is owned by the Kingdom's Public Investment Fund, was also unveiled during the exhibition. It is scheduled to launch later this year.
The firm aimed to bring cruise ship passengers to Saudi coast sites that had never been visited by foreign visitors, according to Turki Qari, executive director of marketing.
