The HRSE KSA Awards 2024 have named the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) the winner of the "Best Executive & Leadership Program" category. The Human Resources Summit and Expo Saudi 2024 present the award, which honors notable organizations and people in the field of human resources. Out of more than 130 local, Gulf, and Arab nominees, EXPRO was selected.
This award is a tribute to the authority's creative framework for managing national leadership skills, according to Reem bint Abdulrahman Al-Rahili, VP of Human Capital and Academy at EXPRO. The HRSE KSA Awards highlight Saudi Arabia's top HR practices and highlight their importance to the country's competitiveness both domestically and globally. The awards span ten categories, and winners are selected based on a variety of factors, such as strategic alignment and innovation, by a panel comprised of more than fifteen professionals in human resources.
EXPRO's purpose encompasses policy development and national capability building, as well as improving the quality of government procurement, infrastructure planning, project management, and spending efficiency.
