The fee for extending the re-entry period from Saudi Arabia has been doubled. Those who have gone on vacation will have to pay double the fee from now on if they want to extend the re-entry period. The rate was 100 riyals for a month which has been now doubled. Currently, the fee is 200 Riyals for one month, 400 Riyals for two months, 600 Riyals for three months, and 800 Riyals for four months. The new rates came into effect a week ago. The Jawaharlal Nehru Ministry had already announced the warning of the fee increase.If the term is extended through Abshir of the institution, a service charge of 103 Riyals will have to be paid. The service is also available through the Muchem system. The service for re-entry extension was made available online two years ago.
