Fines will be imposed if online orders are not delivered to correct location

The Saudi General Transport Authority has warned that fines will be imposed if online orders are not delivered to the correct location. Online ordering has increased sharply in the country. Such orders must be delivered to the same location as the customer provided in the app when paying. If the customer is forced to accept the order through other methods, a fine will be imposed. The company will be fined 5,000 riyals.

If you don't receive the items correctly, you should file a complaint with the company you ordered from. They will respond within five days and resolve the issue. If not, you can file a complaint directly with the Transport Authority.

To do this, visit the website https://www.tga.gov.sa. Click on Electronic Services at the top and select the Beneficiary Services portal.

Here, you have to enter the Iqama information and attach the information and slips through Nafat. The fine will be checked and the customer will receive compensation.

Transaction slips and screenshots can be kept for this purpose. Customers can also file complaints through the number 19929. The law is part of the protection of consumer rights.
