First automated monitoring vehicle was inaugurated to track compliance of various transportation modes in holy sites

During this year's Hajj season, the Transport General Authority of Saudi Arabia unveiled the first automated monitoring vehicle to track compliance of several transport modes in Makkah, Madinah, and holy sites. 

The automated waggon employs mobile surveillance cameras to identify and transmit data on various types of vehicles, such as buses, lorries, and taxis, with an accuracy rate of up to 99%. This ensures pilgrims are transported safely. 

This action guarantees the effectiveness of monitoring activities and increases adherence to rules and requirements.
