First teamLab Borderless Jeddah digital art museum set to open on June 10; tickets can be purchased for SAR50

The first teamLab Borderless Jeddah digital art museum—which was initially unveiled in 2022—will finally open on Monday, June 10, 2024. Additionally, tickets can be purchased for SAR50. 

More anticipation for the new attraction is being raised by the release of a new teaser film for the area.

On Wednesday, April 3, 2024, the Ministry of Culture and the worldwide art collective teamLab announced that work was well on to complete the first teamLab Borderless Jeddah digital art museum. With the release of the new video, we are now fully prepared for the visit.

Views of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Jeddah Historic District, also known as Al Balad, will be available from the new digital art museum.

It is the first digital art museum in Jeddah, opening in partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Culture under Saudi Vision 2030, and it covers an area of around 10,000 square metres. The goal of teamLab Borderless Jeddah is to display artworks that are unrestricted, enabling viewers to stroll, investigate, and learn. 

It will emphasise light, music, and touch-based art, adding to the interactive experience by allowing guests to roam between rooms and engage with the artwork, creating an infinitely creative realm. This will be the first teamLab museum to open permanently in the Middle East.

Overlooking the Jeddah Historic District, commonly known as Al Balad, the new digital art museum in Jeddah will be situated in Al Arbaeen Lagoon.

This fascinating facility will be opening on Monday, June 10, 2024.

TeamLab Borderless tickets start at SAR50 for a single pass, SAR450 for a family/group pass, and SAR8,000 for a VIP pass. You may purchase your tickets on teamlab-jeddah.com. 

The Borderless World, Athletics Forest, Future Park, Forest of Lamps, and En Tea will all be part of the new museum, which will include over 80 separate yet intricately connected pieces.
