There will be five swimming-only beaches on Obhur's Red Sea beachfront. According to reliable sources, these beaches—two in south Obhur and three on the waterfront—will be open shortly.
Additionally, Jeddah Creek Beach, which opened on April 24, is included in this. Three weeks after the stream project's launch, the Jeddah Mayoralty announced the termination of the investment contract. The investor's breach of the contract's terms and conditions was cited as the reason for the cancellation of the agreement. These infractions included building the beach fence and charging fees to the general public for access to the beach.
The project was created in collaboration with the private sector on a 24,000 square metre plot of land with a swimming beach that extends 400 metres. It includes a number of amenities and integrated services, such as ice cream and coffee shops, outdoor and indoor lounging places, sun loungers, and a number of restaurants in an air-conditioned lounge.
