Fourth E3 Customer Experience Conference showcased the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in customer experience sector

The most recent innovations, technology, and trends in the industry were on display at the fourth E3 Customer Experience Conference in Riyadh.

In addition to an exhibition and hackathon, the two-day conference featured debate sessions, panel discussions, case studies, and a customer experience training aimed at top management officials. It concluded on Wednesday.

Planning for the customer journey, the customer experience across all channels, customisation, customer-centric design, virtual experiences, customer analytics, digital transformation, and cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence and the metaverse were all covered in the conference sessions.

The National Customer Experience Academy was in charge of organising the event.

The main session of the conference, "The Role of Customer Experience in Achieving the Government Entities’ Objectives within Saudi Vision 2030," examined how to improve customer experience in Saudi institutions by leveraging innovative technologies and discussed how important technology is to this process.

In a separate session, effective practices for boosting customer happiness, bolstering the competitiveness of government customer service, and enhancing the customer experience inside Saudi government agencies were examined.

Being the only nonprofit academy in the Middle East and North Africa to focus exclusively on customer experience, NCXA is housed within the Technical and Vocational Training Corp.
