General Authority for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophets Mosque supplies 300 tonnes of Zamzam water daily

To ensure that worshippers and guests to the Prophet's Mosque can enjoy blessed water, the General Authority for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque makes every effort to supply Zamzam water. According to the Saudi Press Agency, the authority provides 300 tons of Zamzam water every day to the Madinah mosque via bowsers designed for this purpose. The water is transported from Makkah. 

Every day, over 80 samples are taken by a specialist technical staff, who use state-of-the-art equipment to check them and make sure Zamzam water is safe. To supply Zamzam water bottles to domestic pilgrims during Hajj, Zamazemah Co. and the Coordination Council for Institutions and Companies Serving Domestic Pilgrims (Mutahed) inked a pact in the meantime. 

Dr. Abdulfattah Mashat, the Deputy Minister of Umrah and Hajj, was present for the signing. High-quality services for pilgrims are the goal of this agreement.
