The NCM’s climate report showed that the highest rates of rainfall will be in the eastern, northern, and central regions of Saudi Arabia, starting Friday and resulting in low temperatures over the northern, eastern and central regions of the Kingdom. The weather analyst at the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), has said the precipitation rates in the Kingdom will be higher in February.
