Holy Qur'an Museum in the Hira Cultural District was inaugurated

The Holy Qur'an Museum, one of the primary establishments in the Hira Cultural District, was opened by Prince Saud bin Mishaal, Deputy Emir of Makkah Region. This fascinating location improves the religious and cultural experience of tourists visiting Makkah.

The museum provides a comprehensive interactive experience. Visitors can learn about the writing of the Holy Qur'an and the various facets of its preservation across time through its collection of rare manuscripts, historical Qur'anic manuscripts, and interactive visual exhibits.

Additionally, it seeks to emphasize the importance of the Holy Qur'an as the main source of guidance for Muslims and to enhance the experience of visitors by utilizing contemporary display techniques that demonstrate the profound regard for the Book of God.

The opening of the museum is part of the Royal Commission's efforts to prepare and activate historical sites and create cultural projects that enhance Makkah's residents' and tourists' experiences by reflecting its ancient history and religious identity through high-quality projects.

It has several amenities that improve guests' religious and intellectual experiences. The Hira Cave experience enables tourists to arrive at the historical site via a trail created in accordance with the highest standards, while the Revelation Exhibition offers an interactive visualization of the account of the revelation to the Prophet.

Hira Park, the Cultural Library, and the Saudi Coffee Museum are also part of the project, offering guests a cohesive space for leisure and exploration.
