Jeddah will host official rounds of ABB FIA Formula E World Championship on February 14 and 15

In Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship is getting ready for its season's first doubleheader. On Friday, February 14, and Saturday, February 15, the renowned Jeddah Corniche Circuit will host rounds three and four.

In 2018, the E-Prix moved to the Jeddah Corniche track, which is known as the world's fastest street track, after six successful seasons in Diriyah.

This two-day event, the third of the 17-race Formula E season, is the seventh time a Formula E World Championship race has been held in Saudi Arabia, out of 11 different countries.

In addition to the exciting action throughout the course of the two days, Pit Boost will be used for the first time in the doubleheader event. A brief, 30-second, 600kW re-charge in the pitlane will boost the energy in cars by 10% (3.85kWh).

Throughout race week, the FIA Girls on Track initiative will host up to 120 young women. Career lectures, a Pit Lane Walk, activations in the Gaming Arena, and on-site workshops with educational partners are all part of the daylong event, which is hosted by outstanding women from the paddock.

The initiative engages girls from diverse areas in host cities and focuses on gender inclusiveness in racing and STEM education.
