The KAFD station is located on the edge of the King Abdullah Financial District. It serves as a major interchange between three of the city’s six new metro lines. The four-storey structure has six platforms, as well as two floors of underground parking. Adjacent buildings are accessed by skybridges, which formed part of the design scope. The building forms an essential role in providing new public space in Riyadh.
