King Al Haneeth

King Al Haneeth brings in a new concept for kitchens in the region. They are one of the best Haneeth kitchens in Al Baha and prioritise hygiene. Haneeth, cooked in a tannour oven, is meal prepared by dry-rubbing chunks of bone-in lamb with a spice rub, which is then cooked in the oven for six hours on a very low temperature. This ensures that the meat is succulent and tender.
