Madinah Book Fair attracted about 170,000 visitors, more than 300 publishing houses, local, Arab, international agencies participated

This year's Madinah Book Fair drew over 170,000 attendees thanks to the participation of over 300 publishing firms and regional, Arab, and worldwide organisations. 

More than 200 pavilions were present during the exhibition's third staging, which attracted people from the Madinah region and beyond, according to the Saudi Press Agency. This resulted in a 22% increase in attendance over the previous edition.

The King Salman International Convention and expo Centre in Madinah hosted the expo from July 30 to August 5. 

As the fair was held during the summer break, attendance increased significantly this year, especially among students, families, and book lovers. The event had the most recent literary, cognitive, scientific, and Islamic books on exhibit along with a rich and varied cultural program.
