Madrasati electronic platform incorporates 10 video episodes from the Introduction to Eastern Maqamat program as part of the school educational activities

Ten video segments from the "Introduction to Eastern Maqamat" programme have been included by the Ministry of Education's Madrasati electronic platform into the curriculum. The programme will benefit intermediate and secondary public education students in both public and private institutions. The Music Commission will oversee the implementation of this programme, which is an expansion of the current collaboration between the Ministries of Culture and Education.

The episodes of the programme focus on vocal performance within appropriate educational guidelines, Arabic recitation, and expanding understanding of the maqam (musical key) associated with the Kingdom's legacy. They also cover the definition, kinds, and purposes of the fundamental maqams. The foundation for implementing the strategy of strengthening cultural competencies includes this programme. The strategy keeps putting its plans and programmes into action with the goal of enhancing and expanding people's knowledge and abilities in the arts and culture.
