MDLBeast unveiled its new music venue - the Onyx Arena as part of the Jeddah Season

As part of the Jeddah Season, MDLBeast, the top music entertainment business in Saudi Arabia, recently inaugurated the Onyx Arena, a new music venue. Around 5,000 people filled the house on the first night of the three-week festival, according to MDLBeast organisers, to enjoy performances by well-known local and international electronic music musicians. 

DJ Shaolin set the tone with an upbeat performance and electrified the audience with a blend of crowd-pleasing hits on the first night, setting the stage ablaze with brilliance. After he finished, Jeddah-born and raised Somali hip-hop singer Lil Eazy approached the stage, electrifying the audience with his upbeat songs and dynamic energy. 

When American rap artist Don Toliver entered the stage, the excitement in the air, accentuated by laser projections, buzzed. The crowd erupted, joining in on every note.

Swedish DJ Axwell wrapped off the evening with a banging set full of songs and sounds that kept the audience interested all the way through.

This year, MDLBeast and Jeddah Season are collaborating to liven up the Onyx Arena celebrations every Friday till August 16. Highlights include performances on August 9 by Salvatore Ganacci, Jack Harlow, Jeed, and Saud; on August 16, DJ Loush, Bebe Rexha, and Afrojack will take the stage. 

The Onyx Arena is equipped with cutting-edge lighting, sound, and technological capabilities, making it suitable for hosting conferences, conventions, and international music festivals.
