MHRSD has launched an incentive initiative for companies contracted with security guard companies

Through the Ajeer platform, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) has introduced an incentive programme for businesses that hire security guard firms. This programme is a component of the Ministry's endeavours to enhance the conditions under which Saudi nationals are employed in private sector organisations.

For the advantage of enterprises that hire security guard firms, the initiative counts the localization element of Saudi security guards. Once certain requirements and regulations are met, these establishments are eligible to receive benefits from the project.

This programme is part of a larger set of efforts the Ministry has started to improve the productivity and appeal of the Saudi labour market. These involve the "Wage Protection System, the initiative to improve the contractual relationship, the Wadi programme, and other initiatives aimed at improving the work environment in the Kingdom."
