MHRSD has launched the Service Certificate for the individuals working in private sector establishments

The "Service Certificate" has been made available through the Qiwa platform to employees of private sector companies by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD). The certificate is regarded as an official record that demonstrates work experience in private sector companies and may be presented to the appropriate authorities.

The employees can show this certificate to any future employers they want to relocate to. After the contractual arrangement concludes, employees will be able to electronically access the Service Certificate via their Qiwa platform account.

This process would significantly improve and make it easier for the employees to demonstrate their experience.

By providing more than 130 automated services to the business sector, MHRSD uses the Qiwa platform to provide cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance and stabilise the work environment and help it reach the finest worldwide practises.

The MHRSD aims to improve the protection of the parties' contractual rights and increase the stability and allure of Saudi Arabia's labour market by offering all labour system services digitally through the Qiwa platform.
