Minister of Media Salman Al-Dosari visited the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in Makkah

Brigadier General Abdullah Al-Faris, Commander of the National Centre for Security Operations, welcomed Minister of Media Salman Al-Dosari to the Unified Security Operations Centre (911) in Makkah.

Al-Dosari was informed during his visit about the security and humanitarian assistance the operations centre would be providing to the pilgrims during the 2023 Hajj season, enabling them to carry out their rites with comfort and certainty. The media minister also had a look around the operations centre and listened to a thorough description of the most recent technology used to receive reports and the process of handling them using a cutting-edge automated system. The minister received a briefing on the services offered to pilgrims around-the-clock in a variety of languages, the service of promptly returning calls, submitting reports to the appropriate parties for processing, and following them up until they are completed with high precision and professionalism.
