Those who intend to perform Hajj have been cautioned by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah not to engage with unapproved channels and businesses. It underlined that any offers or information made available through unofficial channels are deceptive and do not reflect the ministry or any appropriate authorities. The ministry urged all people to be truthful and not be influenced by deceptive ads or phony Hajj offerings.
According to the ministry, pilgrims who wish to perform the Hajj must get a visa issued by the appropriate authorities in the Kingdom. This can be done through the "Nusuk Hajj" platform, which is intended for pilgrims traveling from more than 126 countries, or in collaboration with Hajj Affairs offices in 80 countries. The portal allows for direct booking.
The ministry stressed that permitted channels for reserving packages for domestic pilgrims, including citizens and foreigners, are the "electronic path" on the ministry's official website (https://masar.nusuk.sa) and the "Nusuk" app.
The ministry has enabled the "Guests of God Care Center" to receive any questions or reports in multiple languages at any time of day or night. The unified number for this center is 1966 (for those in the Kingdom), the international number is +966920002814 (for those outside the Kingdom), and the email address is [email protected].
