Ministry urges companies to follow the regulations on the employment of Saudi nationals

The Saudi Ministry of Human Resources requested that companies follow the regulations on the employment of Saudi nationals and guarantee that at least 75% of their workforce is expatriate. The ministry requested in a statement that Saudis be drawn to the nation's commercial and industrial facilities, hired, and given appropriate employment prospects.

This decision is a part of the ministry's 'Nitakhat' initiative, which is now in place to determine localization rates in job sectors and categorize businesses appropriately.
