The Ministry of Justice's Najiz portal has been crucial in speeding online judicial services, including the process of property transfer and sale, which covers all facets of real estate transactions. Real estate transactions conducted using the web service take only a few minutes to complete.

More than 140 judicial e-services, including court, legal enforcement, and notarization, are offered through the Najiz portal. One of the quickest internet services in the world, the property transaction service may be finished in less than five minutes.

The following are the processes for disposing of properties online:

Enter the Nafath App to access the Najiz portal, which enables centralised, unified access to all service providers by validating the user's identification.

Select ‘all electronic services’

Select the ‘Mortgages and Real Estate’ package

Log in to the ‘electronic real estate disposal’ service.

Click on the ‘Submit a new application’ icon.

The seller (owner) access to the real estate ownership transfer service

Select the desired property from the list

Add the seller’s bank account

Using the application's reference number, the application may be tracked through the real estate list.

After the buyer enters the real estate and approves the request to transfer the current property, the seller will get the funds within 24 hours.

The payment will be made to the seller, and the buyer will get the new real estate document.
