National Transformation Program was able to accomplish 34 strategic goals out of 96 goals set to achieve by 2030

Out of the 96 goals that needed to be achieved by 2030, the National Transformation Programme, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programmes, succeeded in achieving 34 key goals last year, or 35 percent of the total.

Since the start of the Vision 2030 journey in 2016, the Kingdom's cities and regions have seen significant positive transformations that have helped to provide better livelihoods and shape a new, higher-quality life. These transformations have been made possible by the National Transformation Programme, which includes time- and effort-saving digital government services that also increase the role of the private sector.

By focusing on accelerating the digital transformation of judicial services, the NTP was able to increase the proportion of electronically offered services from 30% in 2015 to 86.9% at the end of the preceding year. With the help of the Ministry of Justice's Najiz platform, beneficiaries in over 100 countries may now access digital services more easily and the case life has been reduced by 79%.

In the first week of launching the real estate stock exchange platform, the ministry completed 17,000 transactions and digitised 180 million real estate documents, including records, controls, and transactions. It was also able to sort and merge over 100,000 deeds in minutes per application.

According to the report, the Tawakkalna Ma'ak application, which now goes by a new name, has expanded its harmonious and integrated services to better serve citizens, residents, and tourists. It now offers 31 million users, 240 services, support for seven languages, and operates in more than 75 countries.

In order to irrigate 7.5 million trees, the Kingdom established the world's biggest irrigation network using treated water. The most notable actions taken by the Kingdom to address water-related issues were highlighted in the report. These included expanding the use of treated wastewater to support the "Green Saudi Arabia" initiative, investing in water desalination and strategic storage, and rationalising the use of water in agricultural production.

The General Authority for Food Security's wheat storage capacity increased from 2.5 million tonnes in 2016 to 3.5 million tonnes last year as a result of the NTP's actions to strengthen the Kingdom's food grain capacity and address food emergencies.

The Ministry of Investment awarded more than 8,500 foreign investment licences last year, representing a growth rate of more than 96% when compared to 2022. Saudi Arabia is making progress in the competitiveness yearbook, ranking third among the G20 and 17th out of 64 nations worldwide, thanks to its ongoing comprehensive economic reforms that empower the private sector and draw in both international and domestic investments.

Approximately 1,283 opportunities were available on the Ministry of Investment's "Invest in Saudi" platform. These included opportunities in the fields of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, tourism and entertainment, energy, metals and mining, advanced industries, financial and environmental services, and biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.

Since March 2020, the Saudi Business Centre has served the private sector with 2.5 million services. In addition, 160 projects, including as legislative, procedural, and technological changes, as well as 66 collaboration agreements to support start-up enterprises, have been completed.

The study also clarified the decline in the unemployment rate to 8.6 percent in the third quarter of last year and the improvement in foreign workers' working conditions to 73 percent over the same period.
