Participants used cyber incident response systems, carried out administrative and technical tasks, and simulated different types of cyberattacks. Through creative problem-solving and adherence to best practices, these exercises sought to address new cybersecurity threats and difficulties.
The event made use of a customized platform created and run in association with the technical division of the NCA, the Saudi Information Technology Company (SITE). This tool is designed to create customized cybersecurity drills and create scenarios that reflect current cyberthreat and attack patterns, enhancing the readiness of all parties involved.
