The two towers that the Board of Directors announced are 225 metres and 275 metres tall, respectively. An ultra-premium 41-key hotel and 14 suites and apartments of luxury living will be housed in these buildings. Nearby, the 120-room Epicon resort will captivate guests with 45 luxurious residential beach villas. Epicon enables visitors to escape the everyday and is designed as a portal to the future.
