NEOM has unveiled Norlana - a new upscale lifestyle community in Saudi Arabia

With the opening of Norlana, a new upmarket lifestyle community, NEOM's Board of Directors has enhanced the vibrant regional growth in northwest Saudi Arabia. Situated on the shores of the Gulf of Aqaba, Norlana offers a unique lifestyle to 3,000 inhabitants in a small town. This project sets a new standard for eco-friendly and modern living by fusing modern luxury with state-of-the-art technology.

The 711 residential properties in Norlana's portfolio range from opulent mansions and roomy flats to beach villas that mix in perfectly with the natural dunes and provide occupants with a close-knit sense of connection with the serene surroundings. The neighbourhood has a premier 120-berth marina that is positioned to grow into a major worldwide superyacht destination.

In addition to offering water taxi services, it has a superyacht members club where boat aficionados may unwind and savour fine cuisine and services while taking in breathtaking views of the waterfront. Among Norlana's leisure options are an excellent 18-hole golf course situated amidst rocky mountains and a state-of-the-art polo and horse centre.

In order to encourage locals and visitors to interact with the breathtaking natural environment, the community also sponsors a range of water activities, such as sailing and diving. With a focus on sports, health, and wellbeing, Norlana is designed to revolutionise active and modern life. This cutting-edge community offers plenty of chances for residents and visitors to follow their interests in a stunning and environmentally responsible setting.

Norlana is intended to maintain and improve its coastal location, in keeping with NEOM's dedication to environmental protection. The project prioritises the preservation of the terrestrial and marine ecosystems while fusing nature and technology to provide an unmatched experience in ultra-luxury modern living. This statement goes along with the recent launches of the sustainable tourist sites in the Gulf of Aqaba area, including Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, and Utamo.
