Neom launched the luxury coastal region Magna; aims to set global standards in luxury and sustainable tourism

Magna, a novel luxury seaside area aimed at pushing the boundaries of sustainable tourism, was launched by the Board of Directors of NEOM.

Magna, which is situated along the breathtaking Gulf of Aqaba, has the recently revealed locations of Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, Utamo, Norlana, Aquellum, Zardun, Xaynor, Elanan, Gidori, Treyam, and Jaumur. The area stretches an amazing 120 km, is fully in line with Saudi Vision 2030, and seeks to establish international benchmarks in sustainable and opulent travel. Modern facilities that blend in with the surroundings, state-of-the-art architecture, and cutting-edge technology are all highlighted in this inspiring project.

Magna has the potential to generate 15,000 employment in the tourist, leisure, and hospitality sectors, stimulating the Saudi economy. By 2030, the project is anticipated to generate SR2.6 billion in GDP, house 14,500 people, and bring in over 300,000 overnight guests. Developers and investors have a rare chance to participate in a ground-breaking project that incorporates sustainability throughout every phase.

This new seaside area joins NEOM's other cutting-edge developments, such as Trojena, THE LINE, Sindalah, and Oxagon, in northwest Saudi Arabia. Magna is the latest development in NEOM's goal to create a world in which sustainability and luxury coexist together.
