New Murabba Development Company opened invitations to premier design and engineering firms worldwide for the next phase of Mukaab project

Invitations to eminent international design and engineering firms have been extended by the New Murabba Development Company, a division of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF), for the next stage of the Mukaab project. 

Destined to become an iconic monument, the Mukaab is expected to change the skyline of Riyadh and serve as the focal point of the city's new downtown. With roughly 5 million cubic meters of excavation finished and piling work scheduled to start in the second quarter of this year, the project has already made substantial progress. By the third quarter of 2024, the final design should be completed. 

The New Murabba Development Company is making this appeal in an effort to establish collaborations with companies that are leaders in independent design review, post-concept design, high-quality engineering services, and construction supervision.

Through this partnership, businesses will have the exceptional chance to be part of a project that will reinvent urban architecture and create a lively, sustainable symbol for Riyadh and beyond. When finished, the 400 meters in height, width, and length of the Mukaab will rank among the tallest buildings in the world.
