Nusuk platform introduced two additional methods for booking and praying at Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif

The Nusuk platform, which is managed by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to serve pilgrims, has implemented two new options for scheduling and praying at Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif at the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah to improve pilgrims' experiences.

The first option is the immediate booking tool, which allows repeated visits to the Rawdah Al-Sharif throughout the year, as long as they are close to the Prophet's Mosque and within its capacity. The second alternative is a waitlist, in which visitors can sign up if bookings are unavailable and will be alerted when a slot becomes available to confirm their reservation.

The Nusuk application allows anyone seeking to conduct Umrah and visit holy sites to obtain permits for access into the Two Holy Mosques for Umrah, visits, and prayers, subject to capacity limitations set by appropriate authorities. This ensures a safe and spiritual environment that follows health and organizational precautions.

The app works with Tawakkalna to verify permission applicants' health status. It also makes it easier to book permits and schedule Umrah trips and visits to the Prophet's Mosque. Furthermore, the program accelerates the process of obtaining visas for pilgrims arriving from overseas, providing simple and accessible computerized procedures around the clock.
