NewsThe first global digital wallet designed specifically for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, Nusuk Wallet was officially launched on Monday by Saudi Arabia's Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah. The digital wallet was introduced in collaboration with the Saudi National Bank (SNB AlAhli). On Monday in Jeddah, several authorities attended the launching event.
The digital wallet facilitates the management of financial resources and costs for God's guests, with backing from the SNB AlAhli's NEO brand banking infrastructure. Nusuk Wallet employs the newest cutting-edge developing technologies and encryption techniques to guarantee the greatest security standards for customers' financial transactions.
With the introduction of the digital wallet, up to six accomplishments have been made possible on a national and worldwide scale, according to Ahmed Al-Maiman, the ministry's head of the Digital Experience. According to Al-Maiman, this idea represents a significant advance in the technical services sector. The CEO of SNB AlAhli's Digital Ventures and Payments, Dr. Saleh Al-Furaih, highlighted that Nusuk Wallet complies with the directives of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), ensuring the greatest levels of financial security and legal compliance.
