An online platform will be available in Saudi Arabia to resolve consumer complaints quickly. The project is under the Saudi Consumer Protection Authority. The new move comes as the business sector in Saudi Arabia becomes more active, including online platforms. It aims to speed up the resolution of customer complaints.The authority has also published guidelines on individual rights as part of World Consumer Protection Day. Agreements have also been signed with various government agencies as part of the implementation of the new platform.This was announced by the Executive Director of the Saudi Consumer Protection Authority.
