Companies and organizations authorized to provide Hajj services to domestic pilgrims can pay the package cost for this year's Hajj in three installments, according to a statement released by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. The ministry stressed that two vaccines against seasonal influenza and Neisseria meningitis are required for pilgrims.
The ministry states that the first installment, which is 20% of the package's total value, must be paid within 72 hours of the booking date, the second installment, which is 40% of the total, must be paid by Ramadan 20th, and the third and final installment, which is 40% of the total, must be paid by Shawwal 20th.
Upon partial payment, the ministry stated that a new invoice will be sent for each installment, and the reservation status will remain "Unconfirmed" until the third installment is fully paid. It is also feasible to pay the entire package full price.
The ministry encouraged candidates to use the official e-portal or the Nusuk app to submit their requests when it announced on February 8 that registration for Hajj 2025 will open for domestic pilgrims, including citizens and residents. It was underlined that, since registration is restricted to individuals with a citizen ID or a resident ID, citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) or those visiting the Kingdom on a visitation or work visa are not eligible to register using this platform.
