People in Saudi Arabia can now report minor accident cases by registering in Absher platform

NewsSaudi Arabian residents can now report minor accidents by registering on the Absher electronic platform run by the Ministry of Interior. At a ceremony held on Thursday at the Public Security headquarters in Riyadh, Public Security Director Lt. Gen. Mohammed Al-Bassami introduced many new Absher online services, including this one. Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif, the Interior Minister, served as the event's patron.
The transfer of vehicle ownership from a company to an individual, individual auction, number plate transfer, reporting of financial fraud incidents on bank cards (MADA), extending the deadline for paying traffic violations, customs card display, verifying the certificate proving no accident occurred outside the Kingdom, developed portal service for traffic services, and number plate replacement were among the other online services offered by Public Security.
The Ministry of Interior's digital transformation journey and Public Security's attempts to automate services are being expanded upon with the implementation of these services. Via strategic partnerships with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) and the National Information Center, this helps to provide electronic services and digital solutions to citizens, expatriates, and visitors so they can save time and effort and complete procedures smoothly and easily.
