Personal assistant service for people with disabilities launched by Saudi Ministry in Absher platform

The personal assistant service for those with impairments was introduced by the Interior Ministry of Saudi Arabia on the Absher platform. The new feature will make it possible for people with impairments to use the platform's services by utilising cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology that allow for sophisticated speech recognition.

During his remarks at the Digital Government Forum 2023 in Riyadh, Prince Dr. Bandar Bin Abdullah, Assistant Minister of the Interior for Technology Affairs, made this announcement. According to Prince Bandar, the solution will guarantee a remarkable user experience by enabling the recipient to swiftly and easily access services in Absher. This aligns with the Ministry of Interior's goals to advance digital transformation processes and activities, provide services, and make them accessible to all societal groups.
